OUR SERVICES

Vaccinations:  You already know that one of the most effective ways of protecting your pet's health is to provide immunization against various common and sometimes deadly diseases.  Our policy is to provide the best well-tested combinations of protection for your pet.

Dental Care:  Increasingly, our clients have become aware of the fact that it's just as important to have their pets' teeth examined and cleaned on a regular basis as it is to protect their own teeth and gums.  Our specialized services include cleaning, polishing, tooth extraction and oral surgery.

Dietary Planning:  A sound diet is vital to the health of your pet at any age.  Let's discuss what your friend needs - including dietary requirements essential for proper weight maintenance, performance, growth, and as an aid in the treatment of some diseases at every stage.

Regular Health Examinations: It's important to detect medical problems as early as possible, just as periodic checkups are wonderfully reassuring if no problem exists.  The care which starts with a puppy or a kitten can pay extra dividends once your companion becomes geriatric.

Convenience: We fully understand the fact that you maintain a busy schedule.  That's why we do everything we can to simplify your life as a pet owner.  For example, you can drop off your pet as early as 7:45 a.m., Monday through Friday.  We also provide professional boarding and grooming services for your pet.

Emergency Services: We have emergency service for our clients on a top priority basis, and we make sure this services is available 24 hours a day.  For emergencies after our normal working hours, our answering service will take your call and contact the doctor on duty who will call you back.

OUR STANDARDS

We have voluntarily complied with the high standards of the American Animal Hospital Association and have qualified as an AAHA Member Hospital.  These standards apply to our facilities, equipment, practice standards and management.  Evidence of compliance is through periodic inspection and examination by AAHA field representatives.

OUR FACILITIES

Our clients are most familiar with our clean and comfortable reception area and our examination rooms.  However, the rest of our facility is what makes us one of the best in this area.

For example, our hospital includes up-to-date surgical facilities and provides modern anesthetic techniques, constant patient monitoring, and the performance of a wide variety of orthopedic, soft tissue and elective surgeries.

After surgery, each of our patients is closely monitored during recovery.  If necessary, the patient is placed in an intensive care area where he or she is continually observed.

In addition, our in-house laboratory facilities include serum chemistry, hematology, serology and parasite testing capabilities.  When necessary, we use university and veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics.

Our X-ray capabilities include radiographic diagnosis of many diseases, just as we provide other services such as electrocardiograms.

Although we care for pets primarily by appointment, walk-ins are accommodated and will be seen as time allows.  Like humans, animals do not synchronize their illnesses with an appointment book and procedures can sometimes take longer than planned, so an occasional appointment delay can occur.

OUR FEES

We make every effort to ensure that all fees are fair and reasonable and you are encouraged to discuss charges before services are rendered.  We accept cash, MasterCard, Discover, VISA, and Care Credit.  Personal checks with a bank-imprinted name are also welcome, provided proper identification of the signer of the check is given.
